We are excited to launch our updated Level 1 and Level 2 verification process. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to sign up for HBUS and complete Level 1 & Level 2 verification.
Press the blue “Send” button in the box titled “Email Verification Code”. Slide the bar to verify you are not a bot. Check your email! You will receive an email similar to the one below:
Welcome to HBUS. Your code is: 687085 For security reasons, this code will expire in 10 minutes. If you did not request this action, contact email@example.com immediately.
Fill in the code that you received in your email in the “Email Verification Code” box. Then, create a password and then type the SAME password into the “Confirm Password” box.
Note: Your password should be 8–20 characters and cannot consist ONLY of numbers.
You must pass Level 1 verification before you can withdraw your assets on HBUS. Upon login, go to “Account & Security”, located in the upper right-hand corner. From there, click the verification tab, and you can begin filling out your Level 1 verification form.
You are required to provide your legal first and last name, DOB, last 4 digits of your SSN, residential street address, and phone number. ALL information must be complete and accurate.
The information you provide will be verified against public records. Once you submit your information, please wait a few seconds to receive the notice of whether or not you have successfully completed Level 1 verification.
If the information you have entered does not pass Level 1 verification, please check the following and resubmit:
* Is all your information accurate? Please review the information again and make any necessary changes before resubmitting.
* Did you provide a valid US residential address? We do not accept PO boxes or invalid addresses.
* Do you reside in one of the 10 restricted states or US Territories? HBUS does not provide services to US persons who reside in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, New York, North Carolina, Hawaii, Vermont, Washington or any US Territories.
* Did you enter your Date of Birth correctly? If you are under 18, you cannot create an account on our platform.
If you are still having issues passing Level 1 verification, please contact our 24/7 live customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Now onto Level 2 verification. Completing Level 2 verification increases your daily and monthly withdrawal limits. Click on the button “Level 2” verification to begin.
Level 2 verification requires a photo ID and a selfie. In order to ensure no additional documentation is required, we request that you use a government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.). For US residents, we recommend that you upload a photo ID or driver’s license. For residents of the Peoples Republic of China, please upload a passport or government-issued photo ID. Upload a copy of the front and back of your ID and your selfie, then press submit.
Once your photo ID is submitted, it may take up to 24hours for our team to review. Please check back within 24 hours to confirm that you have passed Level 2 verification.
