Since our launch in July, HBUS has seen incredible growth. At HBUS, we operate our marketplace platform under the highest ethical standards with a commitment to U.S. legal compliance.
HBUS will be performing a system upgrade to enhance our Level 1 and Level 2 verification processes starting Thursday, November 15th at approximately 7:30 PM PST. The upgrade will last approximately 12 hours and during this time, verification will be suspended. All other services will continue to be available.
Once the upgrade is complete, if your account does not meet the identity verification requirements you will need to correct the information and complete our verification processes again. If this happens to you, we will release a step-by-step guide that you can follow on our social channels on Friday (PST) to ensure a smooth transition.
