Emails can take up to five minutes to arrive in your inbox. It is also possible that the verification email is being marked as spam.
- Check your spam/junk folder first. If you find the appropriate email(s) in these folders, you will likely have the option to mark them as "Not Spam/junk."
- Add email@example.com to your email contacts or safe senders list to prevent future emails from us ending up in the spam folder.
- Change your email settings to save a copy of spam messages, as they are often deleted and never shown to you.
Filtering options come in many different names. Your Spam Folder could also be called “Spam filtering,” “Junk email filtering,” or even just “Filters.” Once this setting has been changed, you can have the email re-sent from the HBUS registration page.
If it has been more than five minutes and none of the options above have worked, try sending the email again.
